How does Hilleroed separate from the other office hotels

Naturally, that the office hotel is located in a train station. This is the same for Voxevaerket Charlottenlund and Ringsted, but we don’t have anything like this on the rest of either Sjaelland, Fyn, or Jylland.

If we look away from this, the office hotel in Hilleroed is smaller than many of our other office hotels. That doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing. In the samller places, we often observe a stronger unity between the tenants because you see the same people more often.

There are 15 offices in Hilleroed. These are made up of around 10 square meters up to 50 square meters.

Conditions and deposit

When you rent an office in Voxevaerket, the following are included in the rent:

Internet (wireless)
Cleaning of common areas
Access to meeting spaces across the country

In Voxevaerket Hilleroed there is a two-month deposit that you have to pay prior to moving in. Notice of termination is three months.
