Voxevaerket has expanded to Copenhagen. Vermlandsgade 51, right by Meny and Circle K is the new placement of our nice office hotel which today is home to many happy tenants.
We have a two-story office community here and it is a perfect locality for you that want free parking, a reasonable travel time to and from work, and last but not least with shopping options right by the door. Literally.
It is a charming, functioning space that has balconies, kitchen, meeting spaces, and nice tenants. We continuously have viewings at this location, and you will definitely fall in love with this space if you wish for a viewing.
Many advantages
When you stay at Voxevaerket on Amager you will have free use of meeting spaces. Not just at this office community, but i.e., also in Nivaa, Roskilde, Charlottenlund, or Aarhus in all of the cities with Voxevaerker located.
Besides meeting spaces, you will have access to free coffee, internet, and parking with us at Amager. We strive for it to be a place where you and your company can develop and thrive.
Office hotel on Amager
Voxevaerket Amager is our first office hotel in Copenhagen. We have plenty of office hotels in closer proximity, i.e., in Charlottenlund, and Taastrup. However, here we have a great place where current tenants can sit and wait if for example is a longer wait between meetings.
Because of our healthy development and the way we run the office hotels, it is important to us to be present in Copenhagen. It is important to us to be able to offer something to anyone requesting offices in here. That is, if and when we have available offices of course.
The foundation
When you drive into the parking lot you will have two hours of parking (unless you are renting an office at this location), and if you stand facing Meny, you can look to the left. Here you will se our sign and here we have an office hotel that spans the 1st and 2nd floor.
We have an associated parking garage so that you can go grocery shopping in Meny before heading home from work, and otherwise it is just a great location and foundation for you and your company. We have a big roof top balcony where receptions can take place. We have common kitchen facilities, bathrooms on both floors, a new manned reception and much more.
Target group
We try to attract businesses in Copenhagen with between one and six co-workers. Amongst others, we have Go Cruise and Villa Med Pool staying here.
The offices have a size that is perfect for companies that want everything included in the price.
Besides an office, you will achieve a great network at this location. There are many good tenants at Voxevaerket on Amager, which creates a great cohesion with i.e. Christmas parties and other events.

Meeting spaces on Amager
As you may already know, the meeting spaces are always included in the price when you rent an office with us. No matter which office hotel you rent an office in it is always an option. This however is not covered with flex desks where you are assigned only to the office hotel where you stay.
