What is the purpose of Voxevaerket

Voxevaerket is a tailored concept that gathers individual office hotels in a joint community. A fraction of the office hotels are ours (rented) and others belong to others, where we facilitate the whole sales division/leasing and tend to the tenants day-to-day.

How do we do …

An experience rich and very qualified marketing plan and strategy ensures many leads, maximal visual identity, increased searching towards our concept … and high conversion.

The team behind Voxevaerket will lift the whole process regarding sales, marketing, viewings, leases, facilitate move-ins, and we deal with the everyday issues with tenants, coordinate with contractors and deliveries to the property.

Leases with tenants in your new Voxevaerk will be finished “in your name” or in Voxevaerket’s … depending on what we agree on. And the concept can ensure you a gross turnover that is very attractive or a long contract directly with Voxevaerket as a tenant.

We fill up properties with tenants faster than competitors because we generate affiliation through union. We offer development to the tenants though i.e. access to IBC, which is one of our preferred work partners when it comes to courses, development, free webinars, etc.

When tenants stay at Voxevaerket they will have address and work space at all of our office hotels and can even order lunch at all places, book meeting spaces in the whole country, go to sales courses and so much more without charge … This provides value and strong bonds and relations in the office hotels … nation-wide.
